It’s good leather. Well made. The metal rivets are tight and the links are brushed so they won’t scratch.
The collar buckles in the front and has rings on each side so you could attach a leash if you like. You could also simply tug on the rings to get your sub to move if they are not into hair pulling (not a problem of mine). The cuffs are attached at the bottom of the 13″ strap. It’s not an adjustable strap, which would be a nice feature however it’s strong enough that you could pull someone back from that strap. The cuffs buckle, unlike some that are velcro.
