Got Wood?
So I saw a review on another blog about Han’s Hardwood Dildo’s. I emailed him and asked, ok BEGGED him to send me one to review. He told me to pick one so I went through the exciting task of finding out a little bit about wood. Which wood was the hardest, which was the smoothest. So forth and so on.
I asked some of my co-workers, which one I should get. Seriously, there were so many to choose from. What color, what size, length shape.
All of these dildo’s are hand crafted, not through a machine. So a lovely man in Seattle hand crafted this dildo, maybe not just for me- but still- for me. I picked a walnut dildo, with some ribs and a nice rich reddish brown color. I picked it and waited patiently.
When I received it in the mail, I was so excited to have it and show it off. I brought it to work and showed it to some of the nurses. It was passed around and oohed and ahhed over. It’s really so pretty I wish I could display it on my desk.
It’s 6.5 inches long and about 1.5 inches wide. Quite perfect really. They are all made from salvaged or donated wood. Nothing is bought and no trees were purposely chopped down in order to give me an orgasm.
One of the things I did not research when doing all of my wood studies was weight. One of there reasons I love glass, is because the weight of it adds some extra sensation. Unfortunately walnut is not a heavy wood. At least not in this size.
All of the hardwood dildo’s have a salad bowl finish. You’d really have to whack this thing against a corner to nick it. It’s smooth and solid. Very very hard. It doesn’t mold to you, you mold to it, and it’s lovely. It’s easy to clean, non porous, and just beautiful
